Why do you have password-protected areas on our website?

Our professional governing body requires that we have a veterinary–client relationship with individuals before communicating certain information to them. These are the areas that require you to enter your client password.

What are your hours of operation?
|
At March Road Veterinary Hospital, our regular business hours are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. On Tuesday and Thursday nights we have extended hours until 8 p.m. to serve you better. Saturday we are open from 9 a.m. until 4 p.m. We are closed on Sundays. Please call 613-591-2408 to book a convenient appointment time.
At Dunrobin Veterinary Clinic, our regular business hours are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 8:30 a.m. – 5 p.m. On Wednesday nights we have extended hours until 8 p.m. Saturday we are open from 9 a.m. – 1 p.m. We are closed on Sunday. Please call 613-832-4444 to book an appointment time that is right for you.

What do I do in the case of an emergency and your clinic isn’t open?

In an emergency, please call one of the two emergency clinics in Ottawa.

Where are your hospital and clinic located?

March Road Veterinary Hospital is located at 591 March Road (across the road from Alcatel and beside the Goodlife Fitness).
Dunrobin Veterinary Clinic can be found at 2719 Dunrobin Road (beside the Heart and Soul Café).

How do I get my password?
|
If you are a client of our clinic, you may obtain your client password by looking at the bottom of one of your invoices or by calling the clinic.
